Qualifications

  • Comfortable with technology and ability to utilize various software systems including e-discovery platforms such as CasePoint Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Co-Pilot), including manipulating large data sets in Excel.
  • Additional IT experience is a plus.
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree with interest in seeking Paralegal Certification.
  • Experience with e-discovery project management involving large volumes of documentation.
  • Have 7+ years experience working as a litigation paralegal in a large corporation or law firm (corporate experience preferred).
  • Patent litigation experience a plus.
