Internship: Digital Design Team Support (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• Analyze and understand technical requirements Develop implementation concepts together with the team Design, implement, test, and release software solutions Maintain version-controlled databases and documentation Create and update an online User Reference Manual Present demos and new features to the team Your Profile: Ongoing studies in Software Development, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or a related field Good knowledge of Linux and scripting (Bash, tcsh) Programming experience in C and Python Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, ClearCase) Basic understanding of software engineering and development processes Knowledge of Digital Design, Verification, or Synthesis is nice to have Experience with FPGA programming and testing is nice to have You Are: Curious, motivated, and eager to learn Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality results Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team Open to feedback and continuous improvement Fluent in English, both written and spoken Available for at least 20 hours per week, duration over 6 months Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
• The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
• The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800,- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
