What You'll Do
- Support AOI-Packing Machine, tooling, and automation (robot).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and computer systems/software Implement continual improvement programs, parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair work on equipment.
- Evaluate and release new machines.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements and collaborate with suppliers on equipment-related matters.
- Monitor machine performance, generate regular update reports, and track OEE, efficiency, cost, and quality control.
- Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or a related field. 0-2 years’ experience in Semiconductor/electronics industry or related fields Good communication in Thai and English and Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Highly motivated individual capable of working independently.
- Availability to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays for critical issue.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc.
