Commercial Marketing Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in commercial marketing, pricing, sales operations, business management, product marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Experience in the semiconductor, technology, electronics, or high-tech industry is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
• Experience in quotation management, contract administration, pricing analysis, or commercial negotiations.
• Solid understanding of demand forecasting, business planning, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, or similar business tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
