What You'll Do

  • We are looking for a proactive intern to support the global Partner Program team with onboarding, operations, and partner engagement activities.
  • The role includes: Manage partner onboarding requests and maintain onboarding trackers.
  • Follow up with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders on open actions.
  • Support partner agreements, profile creation, and portal updates.
  • Maintain partner database, contact information, and tiering records.
  • Coordinate partner trainings, invitations, and attendance tracking.
  • Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and operational updates.
  • Monitor onboarding status and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support partner communications and respond to operational inquiries.
  • Organize meetings, document actions, and track follow-ups.
  • Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Learning Objectives Gain practical experience working within a global technology organization and collaborating with diverse business functions.
  • Develop project management, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills through participation in real business projects.
  • Enhance analytical and problem-solving capabilities by supporting business improvement initiatives and strategic activities.
  • Build proficiency in professional business tools, corporate processes, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Job Qualification The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Law, or a related non-technical field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • This is a full time internship, with a minimum duration of 6 months.
  • This assignment would not be suitable as a thesis/graduation project.
