Senior IC Test Engineer

What You'll Do

• will include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage and capacity, and reduce production costs.

What you'll be doing: IC Test definition & development (including test/HW debug) Designing and improving factory test plans (to improve coverage, time, cost, and yield) Ensure scalable testing & manufacturing for high speed interfaces Direct our local and overseas manufacturing teams to transition new products to factories What we need to see: B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of relevant experience Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups Multi-tasking capabilities High self-learning skills High execution quality standards Ways to stand out from the crowd: Background with IC test development Experience with UltraFlex or/and other IC testers NVIDIA has some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unprecedented growth, our world-class engineering teams are growing fast.
