What You'll Do

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical fluency in PCB design and manufacturing fundamentals: stack-up, materials (CCL, prepreg), HDI / HLC processes, DFM, impedance, and panel utilization.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and to coordinate with both local and offshore suppliers; capable of prioritizing competing tasks under high pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Track record of managing multiple concurrent programs with shifting requirements and tight timelines; comfortable owning critical-path schedules and driving risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical and structured-problem-solving skills; able to collect, organize, and communicate large amounts of technical and program data accurately and at the right level of detail for the audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical trade-offs and program status to engineering leaders and executives Hands-on experience with SAP PRD and PDP / Windchill (or comparable PLM / ERP systems).
  • Ways to stand out from the crowd: Recent experience driving NPI activities on advanced compute, GPU, networking, or AI hardware platforms.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HLC and HDI PCBs, complex multi-supplier builds, and SI/PI or DFM trade-offs.
  • Experience defining program KPIs and building dashboards / automation that scale a global NPI operations team.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging leading-edge AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) to accelerate program management workflows, automate reporting, and drive productivity gains across cross-functional NPI teams.
