- What you'll be doing: Lead a team of hardworking engineers developing test and automation solutions Define test strategies/roadmap and find opportunities for improvement Drive cross-functional workflow improvements including automation, simulation, and AI Provide technical mentorship and strategic direction for the team Develop and track KPIs to measure test process effectiveness and efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new product development and introduction activities Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve What we need to see: Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of relevant experience ATE testing (emphasis on SRAM testing); 4 years of experience of leading a team Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8) is critical Critical thinking, good communication, leadership and collaboration skills Excellent debugging and analytical skills Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST and IOBIST.

- Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
- The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD.
