- The OJT Operations Specialist manages training processes, systems, and documentation to ensure consistent, compliant execution of On-the-Job Training (OJT) across global locations.
- You'll partner with subject matter authorities to develop and maintain training materials and controlled documentation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) to identify role tasks and required knowledge and skills.
- Design, implement, and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, and task‑based certification checklists to measure proficiency.
- Standardize business processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality expectations.
- Assess training and process efficiency, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gather training needs, manage training requests, and maintain training materials.
- Analyze and report data, including extraction, categorization, visualization, and recurring updates for collaborators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of related work experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in collaborative, team‑based environments.
Nice to Have
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience developing or supporting OJT or task‑based certification programs.
