Staff Contract Analyst

What You'll Do

• Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project Draft, evaluate, negotiate and complete contracts Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate Communicate contract-related information to all interested parties EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering PMP certification or equivalent, preferred EXPERIENCE Required Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills Strong contract modelling software skills with contract management, procurement or legal experience Able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints WORKPLACE Travel Required - Yes You may be assigned to manage/support projects in Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore or Malaysia If assigned, you may be required to travel to those countries.
