Sr. Semiconductor Design Engineer, DRAM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering accompanied by 3-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Foundational knowledge of CMOS build and memory applications.
• Solid base in circuit build and simulation setup, analysis, and debug.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers and management.
• Preferred Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D. degree in electrical or computer engineering or a similar field.
• Familiarity with mixed-signal circuit building and optimization.
• Experience with memory circuit development and performance optimization.
