Sr. NAND DFT/AMS Verification Engineer

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement DFT strategies for NAND flash memory designs, including both D igital design and custom design circuits .
• Analyze the testability of designs to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Create and optimize the test sequences .
• Design, develop, and optimize firmware for NAND test algorithms and validate the same.
• Validate designs using Verilog simulations and XA simulations.
• Collaborate with cross functional design teams to ensure seamless DFT integration.
• Collaborate with PE in First Si bring up to High volume production Support post-silicon validation and debug efforts.
• Document DFT processes and results, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in C ustom design and/or verification .
• Strong understanding of digital design, verification, and test principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
• Understanding of NAND flash memory architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Nice to Have: Laboratory skills (lab tools such as oscilloscope, LSA, function generator) and testing on silicon at both wafer and package level.
