What You'll Do

• Operations Leadership Manage daily production execution to meet output and shipment targets.
• Drive capacity utilization, line balancing, and workforce optimization.
• Lead production recovery plans and escalation management.
• Ensure stable 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Safety & Compliance Champion a zero-incident safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, cleanroom, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead safety observations, audits, and corrective actions.
• Quality & Performance Deliver best-in-class yield, quality, and productivity.
• Reduce defects, scrap, rework, and customer escapes.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• People Leadership Lead supervisors and production teams.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and employee engagement.
• Drive accountability, coaching, and performance management.
• Continuous Improvement Leveraging Artificial Intelligence & Applying Artificial Intelligence Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
• Improve OEE, Cycle Time, labor productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics and factory dashboards to drive decisions.

• Experience 12 to 15 years in manufacturing operations. 8+ years leading high-volume production teams.
• Semiconductor, Module, SSD, or Electronics Manufacturing experience preferred.
