Sr Engineer, Photo DRAM

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field, OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Photolithography industry experience Understanding of optics, including immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low-k1 imaging Knowledge of lithography materials, chemistry, and processes related to 365nm, 248nm, and 193nm lithography technologies Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and improve engineering productivity Preferred Qualifications: Research and development experience with a demonstrated ability to develop manufacturing-friendly semiconductor technologies Academic or industry experience in photolithography and semiconductor manufacturing Experience with photolithography simulation software and lithography characterization techniques Data science, programming, or machine learning experience applied to semiconductor process development Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives.
