What You'll Do

• and tasks (not limited to) •Timely oversee the production line status(Tool, WIP...) and cooperate for best production performance (Output, cycle time...) •Analysis production related data and provide strategy dynamically to achieve Prod. related KPI Goal •Continuously improvement such as workload reduction Lost time RPT OI scheduling Q-time control...ect. •Leading operators to timely monitoring production status and feedback capacity issue. •Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide guide line priority to be focused by a given timeline. •Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data. •Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring and coaching •Able to work under pressure •Good communication & interpersonal skill •Good learning attitude and positive concept •Experience of production line management •Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote •Willing to work in shifts(Day or night, 42 shift or EF shift (Friday, Saturday off/ Sunday, Monday off)) •Requires TOEIC score 550 or equivalent certificate •If your are non native Chinese speaker, requires CEFR A2 or equivalent certificate About Micron Technology, Inc.
