Senior Circuit Design Engineer, DRAM

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in digital or semiconductor design Ability to translate specifications into clear design and verification requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing high-speed digital circuits with STA compliance RTL design experience Experience building architectural or behavioral models Demonstrated interest in improving design processes or product capabilities Experience contributing to next-generation memory technologies As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
