RAM Hardware Equipment Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related engineering or scientific discipline 2 or more years experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software systems in a semiconductor environment Proficiency in statistics, statistical process control (SPC), data analysis, and design of experiments (DOE) Ability to analyze technical data, draw conclusions, and communicate results through technical reports Knowledge of safety principles, including ergonomics, OSHA requirements, and safe equipment design practices Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting, maintaining, or improving semiconductor manufacturing equipment Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple high-priority initiatives through implementation and deployment Experience collaborating with suppliers and managing equipment vendor activities Proficiency with engineering problem-solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Fishbone diagrams Experience using AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve equipment performance, reliability, and predictive maintenance efforts Experience with 3D CAD modeling software As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
