Production Coordinator

About This Role

• Coordinate with IE, PE, Planner, EE, and Manufacturing teams to align machine allocation plans and ensure achievement of weekly and monthly shipment targets.
• Perform detailed capacity analysis based on weekly demand, proactively identify potential risks or gaps, and escalate support or mitigation needs to IE, MFG, PE, EE, and Planning teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up and execution of agreed mitigation plans.
• Develop and execute tool conversion plans to support order requirements while maintaining high equipment utilization performance.
• Collaborate closely with schedulers to track daily pass-down items and monitor execution performance to ensure operational alignment.
• Design and develop automated reports or systems to enhance HBM production management visibility and improve tooling control efficiency.
• Additional Qualifications Technical / Soft Skills : Proficiency or hands-on experience with Power BI, RPA, and SQL is strongly preferred.
• Language Skills : Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written , are preferred.
