Process Integration Technician, DRAM PI

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience 6+ years working in a technician role in manufacturing or R&D environments Experience in process integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module support Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data to support engineering decisions Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work in a fast‑paced environment Proven problem solving skills including root cause analysis Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DRAM process integration, advanced packaging, or change management at Micron Familiarity with DRAM or bond flows and inline detection methods Experience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion execution Understanding of cycle time optimization and priority‑based lot management Experience with program milestone planning, risk management, and change workflows As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
