What You'll Do

• System Engineering Demonstrate the ability to initiate, plan, implement, and complete Facilities projects.
• Handle area-related processes and associated documentation.
• Expand capacity in accordance with process roadmap and business need.
• Define area budgets and handle all costs connected to project activities.
• Establish regular onsite walks to find opportunities for improvement.
• Continually benchmark Micron and industry guidelines in developing a world-class execution.
• Build professional connections with contractors who deliver services to Facilities.
• Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Exhibit skill in planning and guiding the completion of essential PM activities.
• Encourage adherence to area-specific procedures and documentation.
• Develop area budgets and handle all costs connected to maintenance tasks.
• Apply metrics to evaluate current and past performance.
• Implement regular onsite walks to find opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate regular studies on redundancy, spare part needs, and PM efficiency to reduce expenditures and increase reliability.
• Continually benchmark Micron and industry guidelines in developing a world-class execution.
• Establish business connections with contractors who deliver services to Facilities.
• Shift Operation Deliver operational support to system engineering groups and verify that operational systems satisfy specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Provide immediate problem-solving to mitigate production impact and interruption.
• Work with system engineers to set operation procedures and set training packages for the operation team.
• Promote constructive feedback to system engineering and maintenance teams on system build, upkeep, and operations.
• Technology Innovation Engage suppliers to explore the most advanced FAC strategies, technologies, and systems for competitiveness.
• Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Follow safety and environmental procedures to ensure that there’re no non-compliance issues to applicable codes/regulations.
• Take the necessary rigor to ensure no incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards, or environmental pollution.
• Cost Reduction Spend limited budget for a reliable, balanced, and competitive facilities operation system and become cost BiC.
• Provide a transparent and detailed cashflow projection in every funding/expense forecast cycle.
• Review cost reduction opportunities according to top-down target as well as cost BiC.
• Team Building Care and develop team members’ performance, capability, engagement, and aspiration.
• Conduct performance activities, which have clear job responsibilities, performance/development objectives, quarterly check-in, annual performance rating and ranking, PSP.
• Build successor plans, training programs, and career development.
• Increase efficiency by workload reduction and balance, operation efficiency improvement, and OT management.
• Qualifications 10 years’ experience in Facilities with a minimum of 5 years in system engineer & system managerial role.
• Strong interpersonal ability, ensuring clear and sound communication.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Capable of compiling executive level reports and presentation materials.
• Meeting and Presentation Skills Program and Project management experience.
