Principal Specialist, Physical Security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in physical or corporate security operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading site‑level security programs in large, complex, or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and vendors while exercising independent judgment in high‑risk situations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Language skills: Mandarin, Traditional Chinese, English Preferred Qualifications Professional security certifications (CPP, PSP, or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, cleanroom, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting site expansions, major construction projects, or operational scale‑up.
• Familiarity with enterprise physical security governance and risk‑based security frameworks Military, law enforcement, or intelligence community experience.
• Familiarity with security and risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 31000, ISO 27001).
