Principal or Senior HIG-HBM Systems Engineer

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (or an equivalent field) with proven ability or 2-4 years of experience respectively, both requiring a balanced hardware and software skills.
• Comfortable working and programming with Linux, Python/C/C++, version control systems (git, svn) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication, data analytics and presentation skills Basic understanding of DRAM operations and computer networking Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bios/Linux driver development/debug Understanding of system architecture and memory subsystem Comfortable working with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzer, protocol analyzers, soldering equipment, etc Previous experience validating products with both hardware/firmware/software components Performs hardware, software, semiconductor develop or telecom engineering assignments.
