What You'll Do

• AND TASKS Perform technical tests and experiments to support Metrology (Metro) and RDA process development in wafer fabrication.
• Execute test runs, and prepare records, charts, and data analysis for engineering review to identify yield issues and support new product development.
• Provide hands-on technical support to PDE engineering activities in pilot and production environments.
• JOB DETAILS Analyze measurement data and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Implement and sustain solutions within HBM pilot line manufacturing.
• Quickly identify, investigate, and escalate process abnormalities.
• Support engineering experiments, DOEs, and line qualifications.
