Technician - RDA Shift Process

What You'll Do

• Analyze defect data using SEM, optical review tools, and statistical software to identify process issues.
• Identify and raise tool issues, potential excursions, and scrap risks to the appropriate teams.
• Interpret Special Work Requests (SWRs) and ensure accurate execution and feedback.
• Document findings, build deviation reports, and support excursion investigations.
• Assist in crafting PowerPoint reports to present in daily meeting.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance by following all established policies and procedures.
• Requirements: Diploma in Engineering or related field of study Semiconductor experience will be an advantage Demonstrate proactive approach, open communication, and accountability.
• Demonstrate good collaboration skills, a strong focus on effective team dynamics, multi-tasking capabilities, and self-motivation Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night), with flexibility to meet business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
