Non-Volatile Memory Managed NAND QRA Technician

What You'll Do

• and Tasks Coordinate batching of samples for Reliability testing Coordinate batching of Failures for Parallel Processing Gather failure information/background, backend test history Coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.
• Operate specified test equipment (Magnum5, Advantest, and internal Micron testers) Prepare samples and test setups required for evaluations.
• Perform re-balling activities when required Perform 1 st level failure verification Perform Benchtop analysis, IV analysis Support engineer/manager requests as when required Manage product logistics and inventory tracking for QRA customer returned and reliability samples.
• Record test results and determine fail type (electrical, functional) Generate failure summary in a database - log failure mode, including IDD values, fail location via bit map, failing registers, failing pin information, FID information Experience: Candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Senior role Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Requirements: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Able to work in shift if required.
• Good communication skills for coordination with engineers and operations teams.
• Proficiency in word/data processing software like excel, word.
