What You'll Do

• and Tasks: (1)Validate Handbook Accuracy and in Compliance with the Customs Regulations: Identify Taiwan import/ export declaration forms and review them for accuracy and compliance; Consult Customs officer for uncertain issues; Determine bonded classification and types for material;Verify info. of Customs declaration, a basis of bonded handbook and Verify monthly handbooks for their correctness; Maintain information in bonded master data; Link bonded serial number with asset number for periodical cycle count; Do monthly pre-balance for materials; Do bonded audit to have direct communication with users and find out any possible issues in person. (2)Prepare and Submit Customs Reports: Consolidate and store bonded documents in an electronic file; Prepare and submit letter for all applications to the Customs; Apply certificate fund to the Customs; Check, confirm, and approve release order applications daily; file for monthly expected quantities of release order to the Customs; Put in for B1(written account by GI) or BOM(Bill of Material) approval to the Customs; Request for scrap operation; File and keep bonded documents carefully. (3)Take Charge of Cycle Count for Bonded Capital / Annual Balance Report: Confirm annual cycle count date with Customs; Prepare cycle count schedule and attention points/ hold a preliminary meeting/ collect, verify and maintain cycle count data; Every preparation tasks to complete cycle count activity; Accompany the Customs/Accounts to proceed annual cycle count activities; Do annual balance and open a new bonded year; Prepare cycle count lists/ balance reports and provide them to the Customs. (4)Provide Bonded Guidance and Problem Solving: Answer bonded questions or request information from internal or external customers to solve problems and avoid violations of the laws; Collaborate with HR to serve as an instructor in new comers' orientation(bonded E-learning course) or forum; Record bonded guidance for E-learning material; Monitor and improve bonded process/ programs; Audit release order/ bonded capital or materials; Acquire bonded or relative knowledge; Flexible to be trained in other logistics functions as needed. (5) Flexible ability to handle all other bonded functions: Irregular Release Order audit; In response to Customs Audit; Bonded info. publicity; PDR.
