What You'll Do

• and Tasks Forecast and budget on equipment upkeep cost and any other related expenditures.
• Drive improvement activities to reduce equipment upkeep costs.
• Develop system or procedure to ensure first time success in PM, effective troubleshooting that result in low MTTR and spare cost.
• Work closely with Process and Manufacturing Managers to address equipment constraint issues, OEE.
• Optimize metrology sampling to meet quality standard and manufacturing requirements.
• Establish and monitor vendor performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements.
• Develop a good working relationship with vendors.
• Set performance expectation for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance.
• Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group.
• Jointly work with employees to develop their career path.
• To provide support and adequate resources to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) requirements, and participate in improving and maintaining the EHSS management system.
• Insure good practice of housekeeping on tools, equipments, and materials.
• Insure that employees have the required training, knowledge, and competency in performing the tasks.
