What You'll Do
- are daily tactical planning and execution to sustain wafer start, non-production wafer and carriers inventory management, and recycle operations that line up with business strategies.

What You'll Do
- Implementation of inventory strategies and compliance and participate in the resolution of any constraints or issues Implement daily Wafer starts according to forecast and housekeeping of inventory based on established business process Support engineering on non-production wafers or FOUP quality, recycle yield, and cost saving initiatives.
- Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation and breakthrough Promote workplace safety and ensuring continuous improvement in day-to-day operations Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships.
- Leverage approved digital and AI-enabled tools (e.g., copilots, analytics assistants, automation tools) to improve work efficiency, data analysis, documentation quality, and decision-making.
- Apply good judgment and follow company data governance, security, and safety guidelines when using AI or digital tools in daily operations.
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
- Candidates need to possess a continuous improvement process (CIP) mentality, including the effective use of digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, accuracy, and operational insight.
- We maintain a high level of safety knowledge by attending required training, classes and keeping safety certifications current.
- Job Requirements: Diploma in Engineering or Science is required, or relevant hands‑on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and fab operations.
- Experience working in a semiconductor fab environment (Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, or related functions) is preferred.
- Must be able and willing to work on n on‑standard working hour s , including compressed schedules and 12‑hour night shifts, as required by manufacturing operations.
- Must be able and willing to work in a cleanroom for most of the working time, including working fully smocked in accordance with cleanroom and safety requirements.
