Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building people systems using a product approach.
• Strong capability in skills architecture operationalization.
• Experience crafting or integrating career pathways or growth frameworks into digital platforms.
• Partnering with technical teams for scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to work across global collaborators and influence without direct authority.
• Operate with high autonomy in an evolving system Work in ambiguity to define future-state architecture Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in practice. 5+ years in learning, learning products, people technology, skills frameworks, talent intelligence/people analytics, or platform-based learning ecosystems.
• Experience in a global enterprise environment preferred .
• Experience with LXP ecosystems and/or talent platforms strongly preferred.
