Health Center Nurse

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including routine health check-ups, emergency care, and health consultations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate care plans and ensure effective implementation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records while strictly adhering to confidentiality and data protection requirements.
• Develop and deliver health education and wellness promotion programs to prevent illness and enhance employee well-being.
• Identify, monitor, and manage workplace health risks, and actively participate in occupational safety and health initiatives. 技能與能力 / Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical nursing skills with the ability to independently manage health interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of care.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. 學歷與證照 / Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience; experience in occupational health is a plus.
• Valid nursing license in Taiwan.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
