Global Facilities Sr Program Manager (PMO)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in program/project management within Facilities, engineering, or related environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global teams on complex programs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, and flexibility to work evening hours.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor Facilities engineering or a similar technical industry.
• Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of quality and reliability programs (e.g., MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing).
• Experience implementing PMO governance frameworks and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Proven track record working across diverse, global organizations and cultures.
