GFAC Central Senior Cost Control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of working experience in the Construction Industry 3+ years of experience in cost control, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a similar capital projects environment.
• Strong understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, specifically in cost, procurement, or project modules.
• Knowledge of capital project governance, cost control methodologies, and WBS structures.
• Experience generating analytics dashboards or custom reports in environments such as Procore Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience administering Procore or similar PMIS platforms (cost or financial tools experience strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
