What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and track progress towards 17 SDGs benchmarks.
- Support communication between Micron and other semiconductor companies in Taiwan.
- Coordinate and lead activities such as cost-saving initiatives, team-building events, and year-end parties.
- Assist managers in tracking benchmark results to ensure targets are met on time.
- Schedule and coordinate engagement meetings between suppliers and Micron managers.
- Maintain effective communication with CTSP/ASIP.
- Manage headcount and seating arrangements within the FAC Operation division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in project management and operations integration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and tracking critical metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Outstanding leadership and team-building skills.
