What You'll Do

• and Tasks : • Complete all required safety training and perform all tasks in accordance with Micron's safety policies • Create and maintain documentation detailing equipment performance, operational procedures, maintenance specifications, and cost metrics. • Lead the design, development, and characterization of new equipment, identifying and resolving hardware and procedural gaps. • Supervise equipment installation, upgrades, and decommissioning while ensuring work quality, cost control, and adherence to project schedules. • Collaborate with equipment vendors to improve existing products and support roadmap requirements.
• Required Skills and Qualifications : • Strong problem-solving skills based on analytical thinking. • Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to understand, present, teach, and develop technical topics.• Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems. • Familiarity with digital tools such as scripting, RPA, and Tableau.• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Basic English communication skills.
