Staff Scanner Equipment Engineer

What You'll Do

• Lead and direct the servicing and improvement of Nikon 193nm Scanner Equipment.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully achieve production goals.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity.
• Train and guide less experienced engineers to encourage a culture of ongoing development.
• Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in either.
• Proven experience working with Nikon 193nm Scanner Equipment.
• Proven experience in AI technologies and their application in equipment management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to determine effective solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
