What You'll Do

• and Tasks: Coordinate deviation evaluations with the deviations owners Facilitate root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting efforts Drive accountability of actions and follow-up Validate root causes are supported by data Maintain documentation for excursions Help to resolve roadblocks and provide guidance for deviation questions Identify deviation detection deficiency and drive for early detection Manage global and internal lessons learned systems Improve cross-area event response methods and procedures Communicate and translate corporate Quality goals Publish excursion performance to management Facilitate excursion review meetings Develop and Enhance Quality knowledge through Workshops and Tutorial Promote Quality Culture through Quality Campaign, quizzes, competitions and engagement program.
