What You'll Do

• Perform laboratory-based failure analysis and investigation Operate advanced FA equipment and analytical tools Conduct defect isolation and root cause analysis Support cross-functional teams (PDE / PIE / PQE / EFA) on yield and reliability issues Work Conditions Shift-based role (day/night rotation required) Hands-on lab environment with high-end analytical equipment Preferred Equipment Experience (Plus) Hot Spot / Emission Analysis Hamamatsu PHEMOS Thermo Fisher ELITE DX FIB (Focused Ion Beam) SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) 3D X-ray Grinder / Sample preparation tools Optical Microscope (OM) Preferred Technical Expertise (Plus) Delayer Voltage Contrast (VC) Fault Isolation About Micron Technology, Inc.
