• 緊急 應變管理 緊急應變 管理 涵蓋異常事件的處理、通報及系統建檔，並透過持續的改善追蹤與檢討會議進行成效檢視，同時強化應變流程優化與跨部門溝通協調，以確保整體應變機制之有效性與持續精進 。 稽核 與風險管控 透過每日 巡 檢與專案性安全、環保及消防稽核機制，結合 系統 管理，並強化高風險作業（如局限空間、動火及吊掛）之查核作業，以持續提升現場風險辨識與預防能力，確保作業安全與營運穩定 。 作業 與設備管理 透過進廠前安全檢查 （ 涵蓋設備、車輛與危險品）， 結合 3R 作業驗證（拆管 、 Decon 及驗機）機制，並 強化 EHS 相關儀器 、 SCBA 、防護衣及消防設備之管理，以確保作業前風險控管到位，提升現場安全防護與應變能力 。 制度與 訓練 推動 透過 ERT 訓練 與應變演練（涵蓋初訓、複訓及承攬商訓練），結合消防與公共安全檢查機制，並落實文件管理 、 改善 追蹤 及總部報告作業，以持續強化應變能力與管理效能，確保整體安全體系之穩定運作與持續精進 。 核心能力 透過緊急 應變 與事故處理機制，結合危害辨識與高風險作業管控，並運用稽核與法規應用能力強化制度落實，同時透過數據分析驅動持續改善，以全面提升組織安全管理效能與風險防控能力 。 Qualifications 必須 取得消防設備師(士 ) / 職業安全管理師/ 職業衛生管理師/ 職業安全衛生管理員其中之一之證照 Education 消防 安全、 職業安全與衛生、環境工程、環境管理或相關部門的學士學位。 （最低 要求 ) About Micron Technology, Inc.
