• What You Can Expect Key Responsibilities Lead and actively contribute to real-time and embedded software development as part of the L1 Software team in Israel.
• Take hands-on ownership of the development, integration, and long-term support of Marvell’s SDK solutions.
• Lead, Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure, leveraging modern development practices and tools to improve quality and velocity.
• Serve as a technical authority within the team, providing design guidance, code reviews, and hands-on problem solving.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the switching organization, including system architects, QA, customer support, and other software and hardware teams. .
• Own project execution using Jira, including: Building and maintaining detailed workplans Defining epics, stories, and tasks Creating and maintaining dashboards to track progress, risks, and delivery metrics Drive execution, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide engineers while remaining directly involved in day-to-day development activities.
