What You'll Do
- Support Marvell’s Corporate Development strategy by performing financial analyses, including but not limited to valuation, accretion/dilution, contribution analysis, and IRR.
- Monitor and summarize financial research on industry peers and companies for senior leadership.
- Track and manage analytics and dashboards for acquisition, investment and partnership efforts.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop business cases and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and prioritize strategic gaps, evaluate build/buy/partner options, and recommend target selection criteria.
- Facilitate and coordinate all phases of M&A activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with external advisors.
- Implement and refine processes to ensure world-class execution standards.
- What We're Looking For Progressive experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, corporate development or finance roles, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A analysis, including deal structures and related considerations.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology, with curiosity and a commitment to excellence.
- Work Location and Policy This role is on-site only, based at one of Marvell’s California offices: Santa Clara, CA (Silicon Valley HQ) Irvine, CA (Orange County) Because of the high level of executive interaction and collaboration with engineering and business leadership, in-office presence is required.

- Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 150,770 - 225,900, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
