What You'll Do
- In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment activities.
- This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR teams, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with people, can effectively assess candidate suitability through initial screening conversations, and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration, or a customer-facing coordination role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities, including managing complex interview schedules, calendars, and competing priorities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data, track processes, and generate reports.
- Fluent Hebrew and English, with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
