Systems Engineer (f/m/d), Hybrid

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Physics or Engineering, ideally with a focus on metrology or system design Minimum 3 years of experience in systems development, preferably within the semiconductor industry Solid expertise in applied optics as well as measurement and control engineering, especially for mechanical systems Strong analytical mindset with a structured, data‑driven approach and interest in AI‑based methods Proven experience with error budgeting and tolerance stack‑up modeling Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken Enjoy working in diverse, international teams and complex technical environments Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%) Ability to join within a short and predictable timeframe EU work permit required We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
