Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements

• Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least four years leading and developing recruiting teams.
• Demonstrated success recruiting engineering and technical talent in the semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and advising on complex, high-visibility searches.
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and analytics, with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday Recruiting, together with sourcing tools and recruitment marketing channels.
• Solid understanding of Taiwan employment law and hiring compliance requirements.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in a global, matrixed organization, working across time zones with regional and corporate HR functions.
• Background in employer branding, university relations or early-career program management.
• Experience leading recruiting technology implementations or process transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to compensation practices, including offer structuring and market benchmarking.
