Requirements

• Practical Engineer in Opto‑Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Strong “hands‑on” technical skills.
• Broad technical system understanding and vision.
• Prior experience — an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Drive end‑to‑end shipment On‑Time Delivery (OTD) performance Supplier disqualifications, RTV/scrap decisions (ISO‑compliant).
• Respond to urgent global customer needs; prioritize critical deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to ensure on‑time shipment.
• Proven mechanical / manufacturing experience reading technical mechanical and electrical diagrams Demonstrates strong communication –maintaining good working relationships with colleagues in your own and wider team Demonstrate good attention to detail to allow maintaining high level of production standards and efficiency Analytical skills with a logical approach to problem solving We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
