Senior System Engineer

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. 8+ years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments.
• Proven experience leading complex system development programs.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, architecture, integration, and qualification methodologies.
• Experience working with Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Applications, and Manufacturing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive execution and influence without direct authority.
