- Continuously explore emerging AI tools, platforms, and approaches, and assess their applicability to operational use cases.
- Provide thought leadership on responsible, practical, and effective use of AI in operations.
- Community Enablement & Evangelism Help build and enable an internal AI community within Global Operations and across the company.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable patterns to accelerate AI adoption.
- Support education, awareness, and collaboration around AI initiatives through workshops, forums, and informal coaching.
Requirements
