Senior / Customer Support Engineer

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• Hands-on experience with SPTS and/or ICOS equipment is highly preferred. 2-5 years' experience working in a semiconductor wafer fabrication (wafer fab) environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when required.
• Overtime work is compensated.
• Physically fit and able to work in cleanroom conditions for extended periods.
• Proficient in preparing presentation slides and delivering technical presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
