Regional Admin/ Service Operations Specialist

Requirements

• Candidate should have at least a general degree qualification.
• Min 2 years’ experience in admin or customer service.
• Sensitive with numbers.
• Knowledge of SAP and CRM system ( or similar system) Familiar with Microsoft excel, knows how to use Vlookup and Pivot table.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must be able to speak and write in English and Chinese to interact with English and Chinese speaking customers.
