Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or a related field - Must.
• Availability: Ability to work a part-time position for a period of 6 months.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Interpersonal Skills: A "people person" with a collaborative approach and high service orientation.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand data and trends related to human behavior and recruitment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech Savvy: Quick learner of new systems; experience with Excel and previous exposure to HR systems (like Workday) is an advantage.
• Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Multitasking capability.
