Application Group Manager

Requirements

• Operational excellence: Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and competing priorities , effectively maneuvering between internal and external customer demands while maximizing team throughput and responsiveness Leadership & management: Proven experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports and 30+ matrix/dotted-line engineers , including resource planning, prioritization, and performance execution Customer orientation: Strong customer-facing skills , with experience leading technical engagements, demos, and escalations, and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders Technical expertise: Deep understanding of system behavior and application workflows, enabling extraction of maximum value from tools/products to meet customer needs Domain knowledge: Strong background in semiconductor metrology, inspection, or process engineering Advantage: Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, etc.) We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
